Your website’s SEO ranking refers to where your website is positioned on search engine result pages (SERPs). For instance, if you have a No. 1 ranking it means your website will be positioned first on a SERP when a user searches for a specific keyword phrase. There are several SEO ranking factors that determine your website’s rank. These include page-level factors such as page loading time, keywords in the URL, content relevance, and image optimization. Google also inspects site-level factors, including your contact information, the terms of service page, mobile optimization, and site uptime. This means that a well-organized site will bring you a higher ranking. Backlinks will also affect your page’s ranking. Google wants to see that sites that link back to your content contain quality and reliable information. User interaction, such as how long users stay on a page or whether they leave a comment, also influences your SEO rank.
