Victoria Pedretti and Oliver Jackson-Cohen get the confirmation by Flanagan who reveals it in a recent tweet. According to Flanagan, the characters played by both, the twins- Nell and Luke Crain, were the essential and emotional requirements of the story.
Carla Gugino’s return has not yet confirmed and we do not have any news on it. All we can add here is that she has shown interest in returning to the show.

The plot of the Haunting of Bly Manor is taken from the Turn of the Screw by Henry James. It is summarized here, “In a gathering of Friends on Christmas Eve night, ghost stories were being shared. A guest named Douglas begun to tell a story of two children – Flora and Miles – and the governess of his sister. The story revolves around the hiring of the governess to take care of his niece and nephew in Bly. When the governess experienced unusual events, she becomes convinced that the manor is haunted.”
