When the handmaid’s tale season 4 will air on TV

A dystopian drama web series is based on the novel of the same name, written by a renowned Canadian author Margaret Artwood. Handmaid’s Tale has been renewed in July 2019 for the fourth season however the executive producer in a recent interview has confessed the show will air on anytime in autumn 2020. Read on to know what exactly going to happen in the season and the number of actors recurred and where the story is about to go.

Who is going to star in handmaid’s tale season 4

Season four is likely to continue the rising resistance in Gilead, while also examines the fall out for the Waterfords. Bruce Miller also gave a hint of the unhappy fate for June.

“We are following June, and June lives in Gilead, and Gilead is not a nice place. And it will continue to be not a nice place. And we try to be very realistic about what would probably happen and how things work.”

However as per the cast is concerned it is not yet confirmed who will return from the original cast – especially when June life is stuck at the end of season 3. It is more likely stars like Yvonne Strahovski, Alexis Bledel, and Joseph Fiennes will appear back in the recent season of handmaid’s tale.

What is the expected release date of Handmaid’s Tale season 4

The information regarding the release date has not been disclosed. The exact premiere date is yet to be announced. However TV guide executive has confirmed that the fourth season can come any time in 2020. Moreover, Netflix also shows the teaser of the show along with releasing date a month before. Will season 4 be the final season of this TV series?

Warren Littlefield has said that there could be many more season of handmaid’s tale on way.

“We have not planned Season 4 to be the end, but we also look to Margaret [Atwood]’s book The Testaments and know that that story takes us 15 years into the future,

He further added:

“We don’t see ending it in [Season 4], and I can honestly say to you, we don’t have a definitive out. But I think we want to keep the bar high, and it would not be a bad thing to leave the audience wanting more and then we could ideally shift into The Testaments.”
