The Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause’s mother has died of lung cancer. The heartbreaking news was shared by the star on her Instagram, on Saturday. She posted a photo of her and her mother and confirmed the news. Last April, Stause’s father fall victim to the same lung cancer and died.
The 38-year-old American star wrote, “In disbelief that you are gone.” Her post highlights the grief she is going through and the emotions she is feeling. With all this she knows, “but I find comfort knowing Dad is up there taking care of you and showing you the ropes like only he could,” on Saturday. In the second part of the caption, she added, “Absolutely heartbreaking watching you take your last labored breath, but there is a peace knowing you two are together again,” together “free from the pain”.

Mourning the death of her mother, Chrishell Stause, 38, paid tribute to her mother on Instagram Saturday. In the same post, she revealed to fans and followers about the matriarch’s death. She said that her mom was a “free spirit” and she stood like ‘rebel till the very end’. Sharing photos and videos of the mother-daughter pair, she also thanked the team at Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center.
It was in the last April that Another Time actor lost her father due to lung cancer. Within less than a year, in February, she revealed that her mother was also diagnosed with the same disease. Last month, during the cancer treatment of her mother, she gave her a wig which she had previously worn.
Chrishell Stause shared the photo of her mother with the wig and wrote she ‘wore this wig many years ago to the American Music Awards’ and the ideas were just a simple change. She added that her mother had lost her hair and it was ‘better time to dust it off and have a little fun’.
This photo got prayers and positive responses from the fans and followers of the soap-star. A follower commented, “Aww a beautiful moment with your mother,” with two hearts emojis. The tragic news came when Terrina Chrishell Stause, better known by her stage name Chrishell Stause, going through legal proceedings of divorce filed by husband Justin Hartley. The two years marriage life of Stause is breathing its last. This Is Us star Justin Hartley told the court ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason for the split.
The couple participated in a voluntary settlement conference on July 13. During this conference, Staged Killer star’s request to restore her name back to Terrina Chrishell Stause was approved.
