Ryan Reynolds has shared his doubts regarding the show in an interview and said “I feel like the character, in order for him to function properly within his own universe, you need to take everything away from him. I don’t think that you can keep doing that.”
He also explained his keen interest in exploring the Deadpool’s pansexuality and said:
“I certainly think that this universe… needs to represent and reflect the world in very real ways,” he told fans at a Comic-Con panel. “The great thing about Deadpool is that we’re allowed to do things that other superhero movies don’t necessarily do.”
